| NYLT is the most advanced Training program offered in the Inland Northwest Council for Scouts. This is an opportunity for Scouts to learn leadership skills with other young men from throughout the Council. This weeklong course is open to Boy Scouts and Varsity Scouts. Each participant will be prepared for more effective Troop or Team leadership through the leadership skills he acquires and the sharing of his experience with his home unit. More important, he will experience personal growth in a memorable setting that will benefit him far beyond his Scouting years. There is limited space in this select training. A unit leader must nominate each participant and a council selection committee will interview him. There is not enough room for all who want to participate, so register early.
