The Inland Northwest Council is proud to own and operate three unique camp properties. Cowles Scout Reservation, Camp Easton, and Camp Grizzly are primarily used for council camping programs and other council activities. During the off-season (September - May) camp properties and facilities are available for use by Scouting and non-Scouting groups provided the reservation form is completed and approved prior to use and there is space. Please be aware that the activities of the Council can be rescheduled to a new time thereby making it necessary to "bumb"the group with prior reservations. First priority is given to council (and district) events. Reservations are accepted at the SpokaneServiceCenter. Fees for Scouting and non-Scouting groups are provided on the back of the reservation form.
